Ziad Ahmed
Head of Next Gen, UTA
Ziad Ahmed is a social entrepreneur, speaker, and strategist who serves as Head of Next Gen at UTA. He founded JUV Consulting at 16, building it into one of the world’s most visible Gen Z companies and working with more than 30 Fortune 500 brands. His leadership earned him recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list at 19, selection as an Obama USA Leader in 2023, and features in outlets such as The New York Times, CNN, VICE, and The Guardian.
Under his direction, JUV launched purpose driven campaigns, created the first major industry conference with an all Gen Z speaker lineup (ZCON), and established itself as a leading force in youth culture. In 2024, United Talent Agency acquired JUV to form the Next Gen Practice of UTA Marketing, where Ziad continues to lead strategy at the intersection of content, community, and culture.
At BRIDGE Summit, Ziad Ahmed will explore how Gen Z is reshaping culture, communication, and influence, and how institutions can meaningfully engage the most consequential generation of the modern era.
