Saif Jarad
Saif Jarad is the Founder and CEO of Chain Reaction and an award-winning digital marketing leader, recognized as MENA Search Personality of the Year. He founded the Middle East’s first performance and digital marketing agency partnered with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, leading Chain Reaction to become the most awarded digital agency in MENA and rank third globally on the We Are Search list. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a two-person startup into a 200-member operation across five cities, serving global brands including Samsung, Adidas, Toshiba, Bosch, Ferrari Middle East, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Burj Khalifa.
Beyond his executive role, Saif mentors emerging entrepreneurs through Oasis 500 and speaks at major marketing events across the region. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering and is also a certified yoga instructor, reflecting a balance between analytical rigor and mindful leadership.
