Osric Chau
Osric Chau is a Canadian actor, producer, and writer known for his dynamic range across film and television. He first gained international recognition as Kevin Tran in the long-running series Supernatural and appeared in Roland Emmerich’s 2012, which introduced him to global audiences. Born in Vancouver to Malaysian and Hong Kong–Chinese parents, Osric began his career in martial arts and stunt work before moving into acting.
Beyond his screen roles, Osric is an advocate for authentic storytelling and Asian representation. As a producer, he has led independent projects such as Empty by Design, showcasing diverse talent and cross-cultural narratives.
