Lindsay Hadley

Lindsay Hadley is a seasoned global social impact strategist who spent more than a decade leading her own firm, Hadley Impact Consulting, where she raised over $100M directly for clients and helped mobilize billions more through high-profile campaigns and events. She served as the founding Chief Development Officer and Executive Producer of the Global Citizen Festival and later executive produced Uncharitable featuring Ed Norton—a project that inspired her to co-found Harbor Fund, a venture-style nonprofit financing social-impact feature films. Harbor reinvests any profits into new projects, creating a continuously expanding engine for change, with a dozen films set to premiere in 2026.

Lindsay is Executive Producer on several Harbor films, including Flash Before the Bang (with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck) starring Kevin James, Orphan Myth with Téa Leoni, and Hershey. She is also Co-Executive Producer of By Any Means starring Mark Wahlberg.

She sits on the boards of Imagine Dragons’ Tyler Robinson Foundation and the Bridge Festival, founded by Casey Affleck and Matt Damon in partnership with MIT and Google. Previously a visiting professor at BYU–Hawaii teaching social entrepreneurship, Lindsay now serves as Director of Client Relations and in-house philanthropic advisor for Capita Financial Network.
